Sass Babe of the Week
When women contact me about having a boudoir session, they are often planning to use their images as a gift for their partner. However every now and then, a client walks through the door with the full on intent of gifting themselves. Yaas girl, that is what I’m talking about!
Their partner will receive the images as a bonus, but the experience of feeling empowered is theirs and theirs alone. I strongly believe that is how it should be. In the end, this experience is yours and you should relish every moment.
Meet Miss Anita, a hard working professional corporate gal who also understands the importance of down time and knows how to do it right. She values the women in her life and they have been together since her high school and university years. When we had finished her photo shoot, she was already thinking of her Besties and inquired whether I do group sessions. She wanted to reach out to her girlfriends so they could also share in the fun and empowering experience of their own boudoir shoot. 💞
When we sat down to review her images, she already knew that she wanted a few wall art pieces for her home. Yes, she would get her special man some images for himself… but she wanted some images for herself. She sent me some pictures of the locations in her home where she was thinking of hanging these fine art pieces. Through consultation, we determined that she wanted a sleek and modern treatment. Knowing that prints get an extra depth and radiance when paired with polished acrylic, this would be the perfect option for her dazzling images.
Because it can often be very challenging to understand what size print or canvas to purchase, I am able to offer my clients a way to ❝preview❞ the images on their walls. Anita had already provided me with images and dimensions, so I was then able to send her images showing different sizing options for the prints she had selected. This way, she could really ❝see❞ how the images would look in her home and decide what sizes to purchase. How great is that?!
When I last saw her, we’d determined that she would be gathering her clan together in February… and she was already thinking of what she’d be wearing in her next boudoir shoot. It is still a few months away but I am already looking forward to all the laughter and fun that will be filling the studio that day! 😍
